Aviator Power Pack

I have an 8 channel Aviator setup with a controller running two 8 channel power packs. One of the packs refuses to hold it's settings. If the power is interrupted, it reverts to a "test mode" which is a real problem as this is in a club with a high ceiling. The other pack behaves normally. Any ideas?
