Avenger II light-motor not spinning

Unit powers up okay and you can freely turn the light around. Fan works. Board looks to be good. I tried to take the motor off but didn't have much success. I have another motor thats identical that I'd like to swap just to rule it out. any ideas?

It was the motor. Cost around $15. Not an expensive repair and hopefully it will run for many more years.
