Automatic computer shutdown.

Our ADJ computer has recently been shutting down (without any prompt from the operator), often when the computer is rebooted the computer will shut down again. Check the system for CPU use and there is lots of space left to run the lights, operating system at 10 and sufficient ram to run the system is available.

Wondering if there is a miscommunication with a possible new upgrade or ADJ change of sorts that might be the cause of this issue? Anyone having this experience and what was done to correct the issue?

I have never in my 10 years+ of doing support for the Compu series of software and dongles ever seen a computer re-boot cause of the program. The program would either crash or just not want to run.
I think maybe you have a much bigger issues on the computer somewhere. Does it close with a Blue Screen and a error code or message?
Random computer re-boots is usually hardware failure somewhere, CPU, Cpu Fan, RAM, Hard drive freaking out, etc.
