I am soo surpised there are no legal action taken here. the vms4 has many problems,
can anybody tell me whats the latest firmware and when it was last updated ?
What did it Fix ? After updating we still Have the paint, headphone Vol,non working Faders,
Non Working Leds,Soundcard and these long mic adapters sticking out PROBLEMS.
The VSM4 should be RECALLED and as American Audio calls us Value Customer, well treat us like so.
Why send the unit 3 or 4 time to repair? this said shows that QC didnt do there job.

Disappoited with there VMS4 i dont blame none of them.
why did American Audio not fix these problems with the VMS4 first
Before we all got smacked in the face with the new VSM4.1 ?
Its so hard to see all these VMS4 users with the same problems and all they get is:
this is a rare case, so sad to hear that,for sure you have to send in your device,

The Mic adapters are the fix for the Mic issues, i feel your pain! or you got a "monday's device"
I spend $800+ for my VMS4 with the Case and i really love it but they call it a bomb for a reason.
How they can make these face plate soo cheap in less then 8HR of use the paint just disapaired this
just ticks me off this is ridiculous. American DJ please get this fixed.I have been djing since
the 80's and still have some of my equipment like new with all there paint.
