The system comes with the Crank-2 stands, I believe, so you should have two handles since the system comes with 2 of the stands.
ALSO, I called Customer Service on Monday to order some parts. The main reason I called was for more shipping options. I had no problem understanding the person I was talking to. I've also called in the past and had no problems.
Then again, I've gotten used to heavy accents from all over the globe over the phone having to deal with various companies. On Monday, the person I was talking with had a slight accent.
Look, this is how I would handle it. If you're having problems understanding, just be polite and kindly state that you are having problems understanding due to the accent, and if possible, if you could be transfered to someone else. Most likely they will understand. It may be difficult for some of the folks on the other end of the line as well. For example, when I went to Vietnam 3 years ago, some of my new family(on the in-laws side) of course wanted someone to practice English with. Unfortunately, practicing on themselves was pointless as they could revert to Vietnamese and any English was spoken with too heavy an accent. They found my darn near perfect English too dificult to understand, even speaking slowly and delibrately to help them out. I guess I had too much accent.
Besides, I've dealt with some folks from the South, and man, some of them have some horrible accents. I can't say the same for those in the New England area though, those accents don't seem too bad to me.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with ADJ on the phone.
