All fixtures flash in MYDMX1

I've been running MyDMX1 for a couple of years now on a Dell Optiplex 990, i7, 3.2 ghz with 8gb RAM and never had any problems. Love the program.
Changed Pc last week and re-installed the software on a Dell Precision 5500, Xeon Processor with 16gb of ram. New Win 7 Pro install.
Now every time I minimize or maximize any window all fixtures controlled by the software flash off and on.
Any Help on how to fix that since it has never been a problem on the other machine.
Have latest MyDMX software installed (June 1 2011).
Please help!
