Without a controller they will all react as their own independent controller. You would need the Wifly RGBW controller to control them wirelessly with the same commands and timing.

Thanks - I had these both sync'd up with the same color response, until I started playing with the menus (and I do not have a control board), so I don't know what I had changed between the two of them.

How is one selected as the master and also how do you select slave? (is one the master f it isn't selected?)

I see now that you can use master slave over the wifly connection from par to par. So you would need to set your dmx addresses, set your master fixture, and all the others to slave. You will also have to have the wifly set to the same frequency channel.
