ADJ Wave - stop an go, no smooth movements

Hi,

I have a problem with one (of my nine) ADJ Waves.
Its not moving smoothly any more. The stepper works, but only in some kind of "stop and go".

Any ideas?

Hello Dave,
my name is Louie. this unit has a sound active/stand alone feature in it. please contact me so i can set you up with a return number. it sounds like a bad motor. my number is 1800-322-6337 ext 560.

The problem occurs in DMX and sound active/stand alone :/

I'm from Germany. If you say "return number" you mean return to ... ???
