Manual is a little vague and it appears in the program when i activate Mic mode the light turn white and nothing happens?
Anyone familiar with this light in particular? Is there a setting i'm missing on the light?

what do you have for audio sensitivity? Also is this in a certain DMX mode? or just putting the fixture manually on sound mode?

i have sensitivity at 8.....it works in sound active mode when i use it on the light....when i activate it in MyDMX the light just turns white...i have it assigned correctly and i also have it on 7 channel mode
Have you tried tapping on the unit when it turns white to see if it does anything?

yeah nothing.....it says in the manual to set it on sound-x mode is that different from S 1-8?
channel 6 has to be set to 255 for the mic to work on the fixtures. not channel 4. Which channel are you using.
And no the fixtures doesn't need ot be set to "sound" if you are using the sound active preset from the DMX traits on channel 6 from the manual.

ok i just found out what it is.........when using channel 6 in sound active mode channel 5 controls the mic sensitivity....that would explain all
