ADJ Tech SUPPORT

well...
another week has gone by and still no word from
anyone at ADJ or elation about my controllers
the MIDIPAK......that dont sem t o do what they were designed to do.
Ive sent email after email..and the only answers i get are---
"we'd be glad to help you..will get back t6o you soon"
Ive had those responses since NOVEMBER..
All i want it to get my stuf working and the manual is non-existant..and now...so it seems is tech support for this toy///
does anyone out teher have MIDI PAK controllers or know anyone that does---and--DO THEY work at all BY midi to make the lights go on and off in time to MIDI signals as they are advertisd to do ???
HELP....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have u called them? there is a toll free number on the manual. give that a try also last week was the namm show and all the peeps at elation and adj were at the namm show. im sorry u haven't been helped yet and i wish i could help u but i don't have ur midi pak. sorry jingles!

and thank you at least for looking at this...
I looked at the 2 page manual that came with these MIDI-PAKs
and i can NOT find any toll-free support #
If I had --I woulda called that back in November
when this all started..

hey. sorry i thought there would be a tech number. but here is the adj tech support number. adj tech 323.582.2650 it might not be toll free. u might just have to foot the bill to get this thing working. i really hope this helps and u get ur problem solved. best regards jingles!

Hi again JINGLES
and thx for the effort.
i appreeciate that phone # ...only prob is
im in Ontario canada and they are in california
so by the time I got thru to them and got any real answer to my problem......based on my experience with them so far....it would most
likely cost me more for the call ion long distance charges than I paid for the 2 MIDIPAKS.
Im going to hold on for a bit to see if i get an answer and a resolution to this and if i dont..
well...then we shall deal with that problem if and when it arises.

Well another day has come and gone...
4 more emails sent to 4 different people at AMJ and Elation and ...
WHAT a surprise....STILL NO answer..
OH well I live in hope---I want these MIDI PAKS to work.

well anothrr day has gone by..its now the
25th of january 2007//--over 2 months since my
first post about my MIDIPAK's..
and still no help from ADJ on how to make them work yet....just..."we will get back to you..."

well i sure hope so..before too long more
