I have owned a Starburst fixture for several years but used it mainly on AUTO Sound because I simply can't figure out how to use it with a DMX controller properly. It has been collecting dust because I got frustrated with the menu. I pulled it out for New Years Eve because I wanted to use it for a slow white light mirror ball effect. I can get it into "All white" and "slow rotation", but when I turn it off and back on...I have to re-program it. I can't believe it does not retain that last setting. If I use my "on-off" controller...the fixture becomes useless! I have to be able to turn off the light and turn it back on during slow songs to deliver the white light rotation effect. Any ideas? I have been in the DJ/Broadcast business for 40 years and worked with a lot of equipment. This product is not user friendly and the menu is at best, clunky. In addition, the documentation is poor and there are really no comprehensive videos on the operation. Any help would be appreciated...thank you.
