Adj starburst not working

Hello,

I've added an adj starburst to my dmx go ,but its not working properly.

The light goes on but the sphere isn't turning ie no movement.

In the fixture channel settings all sliders are working also the motor.

But in live mode its not working.

What could be the problem here?

Same issue here. I just manually turn up the rotation fader on the fixtures screen and then save the preset.
