ADJ spot 250 issue

I have 4 of the spot 250 moving head fixtures, and I love them. However, recently 2 of them have stopped "parking" in the wrong spot. It seems as though they are slipping on the gears inside the motore. Manually moving the head back to zero is only a temp fix. Within a few moves, it gets knocked back off track. Anyone else have this experience?
I'm using mydmx btw, but the same problem occurred with my elation console.

There is a parking sensor that nudges a switch at the base of the motor near the belt drive gear, depending on the maintenance they could be in need of cleaning. If it isnt moving freely it coul dbe parking prematurily. Id send pictures but im at work and not able to at the moment.
