ADJ Pocket Pro? about Macro with the use of DMX & mode 1

ADJ Pocket Pro Question

Hey everyone Newbie here, so it has been a real challenge and many hours in learning this software and what it likes and what it doesn't. It should be easy but for me I deal with a lot of crashing and freezing up when it don't like the order I do something the process of creating scenes ect... Any help with crashes would be nice.

My main question is.

When I make a scene for my fixtures using one of the built in macros, When I set it to Mode 1 to keep the main show on the dance floor, the heads still tilt and pan every direction and don't stay out front, but when in stand alone, without using dmx they work perfect and stay on the floor. Does modes not work the same in DMX mode as they do in stand alone/slave.

hi so the pan and tilt modes that are built into the stand alone functions of the fixtures are not a part of the DMX functions. BUT in MyDMX GO you can still create your own Pan and Tilt limitations easily in the app, here is a video on how: https://youtu.be/YIXcYf1z4tI

It's based on the light rider app, but they function the same.

I am not using My DMX Go i am Using My DMX 3 sorry I didn't state that earlier.

but that is a bummer. Makes no since to me. That would be a great function for some fast programming and not have to make every scene.

Well you posted in the MyDMX GO section, i can move this thread later.
but if you are using MyDMX 3, you can easily just program a master PT speed cue and stick it in a group and make sure only that channel is ON in that group, like how we can cue stack between groups, you should be able to set a PT speed setting.
