ADJ Par 64 Fading in and out

Hi All,
I have been trying to find this answer for some time now. I have 8 Adj Par 64 LED cans. When using MyDMX 1 the scenes i am running are programmed and work except for the fact that when the lights are in a static scene (all red for example) each light will fade in and out and not all of them at the same time and thus makes the stage look like crap.....I cannot seem to find an answer to this problem .... Thank you all for your Help WROBO
