ADJ MOV 250 problem

Hi all, I'm a newbie (to this site and stage lighting) so please be gentle.

I have a ADJMOV 250 light, that pans and tilts and changes colours and gobo's.

I purchased it 2nd hand.

on startup it swings around and rolls over on both axis and (for want of a better explanation) goes clunk clunk clunk, at the end of both axis rotations. the GOBO seems to move erratically (both the wheel and the shutter)

the led display appears to show half digits, tho as i scroll through the menu sometimes it shows words.

Does anyone know of someone in australia that services these things (preferrable in western australia)
