ADJ Micro Hypnotic

Wondering if anyone else has received a Micro Hypnotic with this issue....moves very slow at the slow speed setting...but does NOT slow to a still image. Mine is already in transit back to ADJ for exchange, because I need the still capability.

I now have the 2nd Micro Hypnotic, and it still will NOT slow to a still image...obviously from the same manufacturer's lot.

ALSO...the "behavior" of the LED in front of the unit does correspond with what is printed in the manual.

REPEAT...anyone else have this issue?
