ADJ Lasers, Anyone besides me using them?

I have two of the tri-beam lasers, when I'm trying to program them, they won't stay on. They will come on for about 2 seconds so you can aim them, and then the beam shuts off. I wanted to try and get some bounce mirrors for them but if they won't hold static at one point, then they won't work well with the mirrors. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has had a similar problem with them. By the way, I'm using Elation Compuclub software to control them.
