ADJ Element Hex not working master / slave ?

Hello.

I have bought a set of 8 ADJ Element Hex lights and I can not get them to work master slave. I have read the manual and watched videos on youtube but they will not work master / slave.

All 8 lights have the RC number set to the same = rc14
All 8 lights have the RC set to ON.

1 First light I have put to sound active.
The other 7 lights I have set to slave but they stay off and do not do the same as the first light ?
