ADJ ELEMENT HEX IP PEARL

ADJ Element Hex IP Pearl - Help required. I have 8 of these and they have been working fine. Now I have 1 that does not pick up the Wifly signal. The only difference is, the one not working has a flashing display, where the others are static. Does anyone know if this is a defect? I am using Airstream DMX Bridge for Wifly.
