adj dp145 dimmer intermitting power

have a problem with dp145 dimmer 4 channel when green lights on dimmer blink and anything that is plugged in surges or blinks in unison with the green lights which are to show the outlet that is on, never had this problem before any suggestions or info ? have 2 both are doing same.

Hi, are you hot plugging in cables while the unit is on? what happens when everything is powered off and you connect and then power up?

Powered dimmer from a different power source and seemed to fix the problem
not exactly sure what caused it never had that issue before
