For the price you state, Guitar Center was offering a short time sale on DMX Operators for that kind of pricing.

I can't even see $65 being a viable price. Specialty cable, limited feature set, oriented around cans mainly. What does it interface to? Those are some major weaknesses. Who knows, there may be some old club looking for a replacement. If so, get as much as you can for it!

Here's a little tip. when you decide on a price you want to sell it for add 10% then name that price and then ask for "Or B.O." that way you are not let down. Little trick my father taught me when he would sell his classic cars. He has some nice ones too. 37' ford was a fav of mine. Back on topic!

Unfortunately, a classic car appreciates in value, lighting equipment doesn't get the same luxury. Or most audio gear for that matter.

What is true is that if someone wants it bad enough, you could use that money to buy one of those classis cars Jingle's father is selling from the proceeds of your sale!
