ADJ Deluxe Scan

Hello I'm new here - I recently purchased 2 additional Deluxe scans... When I power one of them up it just blinks at A000. I start to go thru the menu and after about 2.5 seconds it just blinks again and returns to A000... what I'm wondering is if this would be a LCD Board issue or The Main PC board issue... Thanks to anyone who can help!!
