Im new to Mydmx go and wanted to add a brand (Singercon) to the future library. Is there a way of doing this ?

Hi, we don't add brands to the library very often unless it is a large company, but we can add profiles to the library all the time in the _varied section.
more than likely the fixture you need already has something close enough to it made in that section right now, you just have to know how many channels and what they do.

if its in that list, its already in the app as it is the same server.
Ok thanks for the quick response. I’ve submitted a profile form but I’ll try this route too. I can’t see anything that’s exact but there’s a few to try that could match.
