Accu Spot 300 Alignment issue

I have two Accu Spot 300 fixtures, and one of them has an alignment issue. The head seems to be out of alignment to go up and down. When I set it to center, the head does not point straight up. How do I go about fixing this?

I called tech support, and they recommended I send it in. Other than trying to reset the motors there were no other suggestions. Hopefully a tech that works on these can post some suggestions to the forum

Whitesites. It maybe a sensor adjustement. The motors are pretty much always spot on but there is a slight possiblity it is a motor. Sending it in is the best option.
