AA VMS4 Not Work With Traktor Please Help !

Is everything exept the effects working correct?

Did you switch on the effects on the mixer of Traktor (below the Key knob)?

My settings for Effects are:

Effect Unit Routing

FX1 Insert FX2 Insert
FX3 Insert FX4 Insert

You can set it to 2 or 4 fx units, you can switch between them
with the Effects Select knob on the VMS.

FX Panel Mode

FX1 Advanced FX2 Advanced
FX3 Chained FX4 Chained

You can switch on the Effects with the Effects On/Off button on the VMS.
