750 Watt strobe bulb wires???

Can someone tell me which wire goes where when replacing the bulb on a 750 Watt Neutron Star strobe light, the side that has 2 wires the one on the bulb itself , and theres one that comes out of the end, which one goes on the top or bottom the wires that go to the plug thing before it goes to the bulb one is white and one is black

any one know this stuff.
