5P Hex DMX Strobe not working

Trying to turn strobing on and off on the 5P Hexes via my DMX controller, however, every time I set the strobe value, instead of strobing, the light just flashes once then is solid. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, this works on all other fixtures we use. Has anyone else seen this issue?
