I am trying to control MyDMX 2.0 via the MIDI Module of ProPresenter, but I am having trouble assigning a MIDI note to my scenes. I installed the rtpMIDI driver, and I'm connected, but the Learn MIDI Note is still grayed out. I restarted MyDMX, and it shows that 1 interface was detected, but still no luck. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Hi, you should be using mydmx 2.1 and can you also tell me what exact model interface you have?

We are using the MyDMX Buddy dongle. I don't think that works with 2.1, does it? I believe I'm on version (16.520.6916.600) 1.6.2-22047-SVN. Not sure I'm actually looking at the right thing though...
Yes the myDMX Buddy does in fact work with the myDMX 2.1 software, which you can download here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rv5...JYovKbo3t2MfgEa?dl=0

I've updated to MyDMX 2.1, but the Learn MIDI command is still grayed out...
Do you have a mydmx buddy? what interface do you have and do you have a USB midi device plugged in? If so what?
Yes, I'm using mydmx buddy. I've installed the rtpMIDI driver, and I'm connected via the MIDI network setup on my mac. I'm trying to use the MIDI module of ProPresenter to control MyDMX for our church services.
If you are using a myDMX buddy then you need to purchase the FULL license to use MIDI, go to store.dmxsoft.com and register the device to your account and if there is a trial try it if not then you'll have to pay for it. For pro presenter you may need a virtual midi driver like LoopBE if its on the same computer, if its not on the same computer you need a USB midi device to send midi too.
