I set up a stage and all my lights and have been using it for months. Now I open a show and turn on my visualizer and everything is gone. it's back to a generic room. Any idea how I can recover my stage set?

If your trying the same 3D file that you always save before closing the program then it SHOULD reloa it. But if it doesn't. There isn't much you can do to get it working again. If you want you can email me the file and I can see if it loads right.

I've a couple questions about DJ Scan hp's & ex lights. How accurate are the X Y angles supposed to be between the physical lights and the visualizer? Some scenes are spot on while others have little resemblance to the physical scene because some of the beams in the visualizer are at more extreme angles than they should be. I took care to level the physical lights and took quite a bit of time making sure the lights in the visualizer were angled correctly. It makes it difficult to work on scenes when I'm on the road if they bear no resemblance to what the physical lights will display.
Also, I cannot get a solid open shutter on the DJ Scan 250ex on the visualizer. The profile works fine for the physical light but when the physical light has an open shutter (a solid beam) the visualizer lights has a closed shutter that opens about every 5 or 10 seconds as in an extremely slow strobe. Any thoughts.
