hello, i just downloaded mydmx software, but i cant get the 3d virtualizer to load. i hit the button, and it opens up a the adj logo, and it stays there, and doesnt do anythting, and i cant close it, please help

Where did you download the software from and which version?
i downloaded it form the american dj website, it said apr. 2010
Did you unzip the adj.exe? If not. Uninstall the program and install it with the adj.exe outside of the zip folder and extracted to your desktop. Also tell me your system specs.

i tried the reinstall, with the file unzipped, but it did not work.

Did you uninstall and then delete the my dmx folder on your C drive? If not then try it again but uninstall and then delete the my dmx folder on your hard drive and then try reinstalling. Also which what are your graphic properties and which OS of windows do you have? For example windows XP, vista, 7? 32 bit or 64 bit? The more details the better. It doesn't really matter how large your hard drive is and how many you have.

i am using an nvidia geforce 6200 256 mb ddr2 card, with windows xp home as my os
ok, well, i reloaded my drivers for my vvideo card, and reinstalled directx, and it works now. thank you for your assistance
