I downloaded the file marked MY DMX 2.0 MAC from the American DJ website. Only the PC version shows up. How can I get the MAC version to inspect?

keep a copy of your old mydmx. 2.0 is broken on my PC and having trouble working through it.

I'm on pc, vista 32bit. Can't even load it up. It crashes straight away. Tried to submit a bug report, but after a min of trying it says that there is a bug in the bug report. Had it working on first time of asking, wouldn't recognise the dongle, but fixture maker removed along with 3d visualiser, I don't really want it. I prefer My DMX 1 anyway, personally.

I just bought my Dmx 2.0 and there is error read every time I try to load the software on my mac. So I went to the website and tried to download and only can get the demo mode. I am little frustrated since I paid a lot of money for a non working product. please help

Hello Gerritt,
Please make sure that the interface is connected before you launch the software. If the problem continues, then try deleting the software completely and re-install the version from the American DJ website.
