Yet another Radius 3000 issue........

Greetings All,

I'm new to your forum and glad I found you guys! I have a more of a question than an issue with my new 3000's.
Question:

Is it true that the Radius 3000's won't display the song & artist info if you don't use a new Data or Audio CD (with MP3 song files on it of course)?????? The decks display fine when I use a flash drive, but not when I pop CD's in!!!! What's up with that????? Am I missing something??? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!!
