Wyfly ne1 no usb found error

Hi I've been in contact with ADJ EU to try and find out how to get my ne1 to recognize my usb but not having much luck. I've tried to reformating my usb and the console, deleted all memory, factory reset , firmware update aswel as a couple of sets of instructions from ADJ amd still gave the same problem!

I'm staring to think it may be the usb port or corrupt firmware.

Has anyone had this problem ?

Can any one help please?
