I recently purchased a WiFly NE1 DMX Controller. A number of ADJ Light profiles that I use were available on the USB provided and I was able to enter them into the controller's light library and patch them. So far, so good. Then I needed additional profiles for ADJ Element ST Hex uplighters and Chauvet 255 Intimidator 255 irc moving heads. I was duly sent these profiles by ADJ Support. This is where my problems started. I downoaded the profiles into the profile file in the USB stick. Both profiles appeared to have entered ino the controller's light library - I got the 'Operation Complete' message for both profiles. However, neither of the profiles seemed to be in the controller's light library and could not therefore be patched. After a long exchange of emails with ADJ Support it was agreed tht the controller might be faulty and I was sent a brand new replacement. However, I continued to have exactly the same set of issues!! So what's going wrong? Have I received a second faulty controller or is there a user error on my part?
