VMS4 - System Reset, The firmware Update.

Hello, Friend, I have a problem, to update the Firmware 3.11, my VMS4 controller is reset, Now, my pc does not recognize the device.

turn lights, only at intervals of 1 second,
after the controller is turned off.

there a way to restore the system, some command?
