VMS4.1 Track Loading Issue

I have had my VMS4.1 for lil over a week now. It came with VDJ LE. The only issue Im running into is when loading a track to the non playing deck, it will make the master volume skip. So you can tell that I loaded a track. I have never had this issue before. I have used older versions of VDJ and Numark Cue. Songs always loaded smoothly and never did anything to the master volume (on the same laptop im using now too). I also run game booster 3 when running VDJ LE to minumize processes running on the laptop. I am not using video either. So needless to say im lost and VDJ LE doesnt let you mess with any configurations.
