velocity mp3 cd players problem!! help!!!

please answer!!

i just bugth the velocity a 40 days ago. and the first time i used it for a party was yesturday and the cd player got froze... i just wait a minute.. and turned it off and on.. and work normally, but 1 hour later happens again?

what should i do?.. i do have insurance but do they fix it right?
