Hello,

when you are going through the display are you pressing and holding down the Mode button? If you are holding it down for a long period of time it will go to that fa01/02 settings.

What you will need to do is press the button briefly and let go so the last number should be changing based on what you want to do with the fixture. Can you tell me whether you are trying to use standalone or dmx with the unit?
