Unexpected Quit

i am running mac os mountain lion and i have a few programs already programed onto mydmx 2.0. i am controlling a mega tripar profile mode 7 thru a wife dmx system. the program randomly quits on me while the programs are running, or the program runs by the faders are not showing me what the actual color is out there. i do not have anything else runnng in the background and wifi is turned off. please help
