Hello all, I'm really sorry to see issues with these fixtures, and if they are within their warranty period you should absolutely be communicating with our service team by either emailing us at Rma@adj.com or calling into our service department if you are in the USA.
We'll be happy to work through these issues with you, just call or email us.   

I've tried emailing them. Even the unit we already had RMA'd has the exact same issue. I'd say it might be a firmware problem, but at this point I'm still not getting email replies
