Timeout during the firmware upload

The f/w update is not working for me.

I'm getting a timeout just a few seconds after starting the procedure - and yes I'm doing everything correctly!

There are no other USB audio devices connected. There's no audio software running. The VMS4 is not set as default audio device under the control panel. I'm connected directly, not via a hub.

(later) OK I solved it - seems like you have to deselect the sound card in VDJ as well, even though VDJ is not running.
