Sorry to hear you are having a hard time. It sounds like you are in Canada. We have an independant distributor in Canada, Sounds Distribution and they are very reputable. They repair units all the time and if they cannot understand the problem, they contact us. Your dealers should have taken care of this right away, with either a direct replacement or sending the unit in themselves. I am sure that you bought it from a reputable place. Also, I will get Sounds Distribution to followup on their end to see what happened.
