Scenes with multiple fixture sets doing independent actions

I have a set of 6 moving heads and a set of four parcans. I'm looking for how to do a stepped scene with one set of lights and a separate stepped scene on the other set. For instance, I'd like to have the moving heads all rise then cycle a pulse and the par cans do a blinder with a slow fade
