Hi,
It is possible that this light may be set to Slave and/or Blackout Mode.
Can you verify that you have this unit set to Master?

Press Menu until "SLNd" is displayed and press Enter.
You will then see one of three options - "MStr", "SL 1", or "SL 2" - make sure "MStr" is selected. Press Enter to confirm.

Also, make sure that the Blackout mode is off by doing the following:

Press Menu until you see “bLNd” being displayed and press Enter.
You will then see one of three options - "Yes” or "No" - make sure "No" is selected. Press Enter to confirm.

Let me know what your results are after trying this.
