Not advised. I disassembled one.....ONCE, and it never played right again. There is allot of electronics in there, and it is very easy to mess up the CD transport once the unit is opened. Maybe when Joey see's this he can get you in contact with support in Mexico. If not PM me I know where you can get brand new ones dirt cheap.
