Well, the problem is solved! though dont ask me how... I open it to have a look inside and check if there was perhaps somethin blockin the tray's wheel but there wasnt. When opened I pressed the eject button a few times and voila! it opened magically. So I guess it should be some kind of electronic problem after not using it on a long period...
