PRO 38B LED RC

Our church recently purchased 8 new Pro 38B LED RC to replace the regular Pro Par 38B LEDs and I switched them out and tied to set the lights each to replace the one set prior and seems that the new lights aren't responding as their former conterparts. I am running them through a MyDMX controller and for the life of me can't get them to work right. I have the lights set to DMX Mode 6: 6 DMX Channels As I had the former set and seems not to work the same, any ideas?? I'm trying to get this done for Sunday Service HELP!!!
