Dave, Welcome to the forums. I have sent this thread to our service staff however let me say that they may want you to call them to go over things more in depth over the phone then they could do in a forum post.

The forum isn't really meant for service questions, If you need service your 100% best bet is always to call our service number. The number is on our website. If you can't find it let me know. But we will see if our service boss responds.
