I held the '10' button down on plug-in and power up and that seemed to do nothing.

From reading the manual, all I should have to do is turn the unit on, no cables (DMX) connected and it should go through a factory program. It sadly does not.

Also, there are no "dip switches" on the bottom of this unit???...??? Could 3 units be bad?
